Assessments are conducted by Simone Carter, Registered Psychologist, at our practice in Forrest. Feedback session and full report included.
Autism and ADHD Assessments (16+ and Adults)
Autism
Comprehensive assessment including clinical interview plus questionnaires
Exploration of any previous or suspected diagnoses (e.g., OCD, BPD, Bipolar, CPTSD)
Extensive report with recommendations and diagnoses (if applicable)
Short feedback session (e.g. 15 minutes) at the end of the interview plus a post assessment email with ability questions. You will receive a clinical opinion at the end of your interview if you meet criteria for autism.
Cost: $2500
Optional: one-off session to discuss report in-depth (not therapy), 50 minutes $270
ADHD
Comprehensive assessment including clinical interview plus questionnaires
