Workshops And Programs
Practical, neuro-affirming skill-building — for individuals, couples, and families.
Tidyminds workshops are designed for real life, comprehensive, structured, and paced for neurodivergent brains. Expect clear frameworks, practice time, and tools you can use straight away — without shame, blame, or overwhelm.
Important Note
Workshops are psychoeducation and skills-based and may not be suitable as a stand-alone support for acute crisis. If you’re unsure what fits, we’ll help you choose the right option.
Neuro life skills
A safe, practical space for adults with ADHD (and other executive functioning challenges) to learn, connect, and take real steps forward.
Outside the Box is designed for like-minded adults working on similar goals — with structure, support, and zero judgement. In a live group setting, you’ll experience what many people with ADHD rarely get: not having to explain yourself, and not having to do it alone.
Group therapy brings a powerful “collective wisdom” effect — you learn from your own progress and from what others try, discover, and share. It can expand what feels possible, and make change feel more doable.
In the group, you'll get:
- A supportive community (your own built-in cheer squad)
- Access to a private whatsapp group to communicate and share with you fellow participants
- Practical tools you can use immediately
- Clearer insight into how neurodivergence shows up for you
- Strategies for organisation, prioritising, time management, follow-through, and more
This program includes both:
- 2 hour monthly Group therapy for connection and shared learning
- 1 hour individual session with Registered Counsellor to help you personalise strategies and stay on track
You’ll leave with more confidence, more clarity, and a plan that fits your brain.
Love in Translation — Two-Day
neuro-affirming relationship Workshop
Love in Translation is a practical, neuro affirming two-day couples workshop for relationships where ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory differences, or “different wiring” are part of the mix.
Across two supportive, structured days, you’ll learn why communication can break down (even when the love is real) and how to step out of the common cycles of escalation–shutdown, overwhelm, misread intentions, and resentment. You’ll build a shared language for needs and nervous-system states, and practise tools that make hard conversations feel safer and more doable — without masking, blame, or “just try harder” strategies.
This workshop blends short teaching segments with guided couple exercises you do privately (no sharing required). You’ll leave with a personalised Translation Toolkit to keep using at home.
You'll walk away with:
- A clear map of your couple pattern and how to interrupt it early
- ND-friendly communication tools (pause, reset, repair, re-do)
- Practical strategies for fairness, routines, and mental load
- Sensory and capacity planning that supports both partners
- Connection and intimacy tools that respect autonomy and safety
Format:
In-person/online | small group | neuro affirming, trauma-informed
Best for:
Couples who want more clarity, teamwork, and closeness — and a better way to handle conflict.
